  • Registration certificate for partnership with LLP.
  • Municipal property tax receipts if the building is vacant, unless there is a lease or letter of consent (NOC) from the owner where the registered business is located.
  • Pollution and Fire Control Board NOC, if any
  • Neighbors NOC (Near Owners).
  • Approved office layout plan.
